Sunday Salsa Spinach
This recipe is perfect for a summer weekend afternoon as a side dish, lunch or dinner. Adjust serving size accordingly.
Ingredients
1 bag spinach
salsa (mild or spicy)
cheese (any kind)
Wash spinach. Place spinach in ziploc bag and poke several holes on top of bag. Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
Plate spinach onto two plates. Add slice of cheese and 2 to 3 tablespoons of salsa to each plate. Microwave until cheese melts before serving.
